Celia Liu

With 25 years’ experience in Finance and 16 years in developing markets, Celia has gained cross cultural experience in emerging markets, gathered from key executive positions in large, complex MNCs at HQ, Region and Country level.

Celia joined ISS in December 2019, prior to which, spent 15 years living in Asia and working in G4S in several senior executive positions. During that time, she not only played a key role in executing the strategic agenda of the Group within the region and down to country but also worked in Country positions, providing the ability to see the challenges from all levels of the organisation.

With extensive Security and Outsourcing industry experience, Celia has executed M&A and divestment projects in developing markets and also implemented Commercial and Operational playbooks, leading teams and countries to enable sustainable and hygienic growth.

Prior to moving to Asia, Celia was home in the UK, working for GE Capital HQ as part of their global process improvement team implementing global standardisation and simplification projects.

Celia moved to Copenhagen as she was appointed CEO for Central & Southern Europe since January 2022. When Celia is not working, she loves sports, scuba diving, beaches and travelling. She’s a big fan of music, festivals and food.
